We built an AI-powered solution involving understanding spatial data sets and relationships for an architectural engineering company managing large-scale building projects with complex drawings and PDFs involving architecture, plumbing, electricals,  .

An intelligent chatbot allows teams to ask natural language questions across all project documents and receive instant context-aware answers with citations, along with highlighted elements such as doors, windows and layouts directly within documents and also supports voice-based queries for faster hands-free access.

Search time was reduced from 1 to 2 mins to just 2 to 3 seconds

AI-driven metadata extraction automatically captures drawing numbers, revisions, and dates from PDFs. Instant context-aware, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy with user verification
